“Make new friends but keep the old.  One is silver and the other gold.”

That is what I taught my Girl Scouts.  Some things don’t change.  I was privileged enough to  be caught up in the  fantastic world of Online Blogcon.  I met around 200 new friends just like that!  In a space where folks could be really competitive, they were anything but that.  I discovered a group that is supportive, sharing and hysterically funny.  They are great and wonderfully talented individuals that have already taught me so much.  I wanted to introduce them to you.   Read a little bit about them and then take a ramble over to their site and check them out.  This week, I’d like you to meet another Rambler, Diana Rambles.  I have tried a lot of her stuff.  Most recently a beautiful dollar store craft that was such a clever idea.  A tiered stand that cost me less than $8.00!

Hi! I am Diana of Diana Rambles. I’m a self-described creative crafty mama. I started my first blog in 2005 when we were awaiting the adoption of our daughter. My daughter’s blog isn’t updated much these days, but she still loves to read it. Early in 2008 I started a blog design business but it wasn’t the place for my personal stuff, so I started Diana Rambles in October of that year. It has evolved over the years, but now I blog about my various food creations, crafts, family, and fun with an occasional ramble thrown in.

I have been married for 22 years and have 3 children~ 19, 14 & 7 years. We’ve lived in and traveled to a variety of places in the USA and Asia, but we call Illinois home.
